The staff was very nice and friendly, super helpful with everything we needed, from food, to information on transports, etc. The breakfast was very tasty and the view to the village and the other side of the Aswan margin was also really nice. Also, the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Totally recommend to stay here once in Aswan.

Situated within 18 km of Aga Khan Mausoleum and 11 km of Nubian Museum, malindy KA ماليندى كا features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Aswan. this was the best place we stayed in all of Egypt. the owner was very friendly and did not pressure you in any way. he also cooked amazing food for breakfast lunch and dinner for very cheap. I would definitely stay here again.

Located 18 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Wanas Kato Guest House offers a private beach area, and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Saeed is a generous soul who took immensely good care of me and his beautiful guesthouse rivals a high end hotel. Super clean, gorgeous views, delicious meals cooked by his mom — I was in heaven! The guesthouse has its own boat to take you anywhere in Lake Nasser and Saeed will book cars and tours for you if you want to go anywhere else, including Abu Simbel.

Set 19 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum, Kendaka Nubian House offers 2-star accommodation in Aswan and has a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Most beautiful guest house I have ever stayed in! Loved taking naps on the boat outside with all the comfy pillows! The highlight of Kendaka was the food! I stayed there for 3 days and gained 3Kg! I ate so much! The staff are amazing, warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This was a magnificent find. From the huge breakfast to the 24hr open rooftop with hammock and kitchen. On the edge of the desert with views of the Nile. The train station directly across. Tombs of the Nobles at your doorstep. No peddling just an authentic space and experience. I wasn't keen on sharing a bathroom but the layout etc made it all seamless. I expect the price to increase dramatically soon. So if you want to experience it and it is an experience, do it soon.
