Very nice and relaxed people running the place. Location is great, within 15 min walk to the center. You can borrow a bike if you want to be faster :) The interiors of the boat are super sweet. It is a very nice experience. I wouldn't recommend it to people with claustrophobia though...

I was sent information prior to arriving which maybe got a bit lost in translation - once I had completed getting the key and finding flat it made more sense. A few pictures would have been really helpful - could be me I am not a city dweller nor do I live in an apartment.
