A recently renovated property, Casa Alba is located in Cali near Jorge Isaacs Theater, Saint's Peter Cathedral and The Dog's Park. Guests staying at this guest house have access to a patio. Cheap price, single bed room and very caring host. I became sick with fever and everything and he took really well care of me. Overall great experience. Can only recommend!

La Palmera Hostel in Cali provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. Feels like a share house more than a hostel! Huge comfy beds, massive lockers, clean bathrooms, lots of lounge areas, tasty make-your-own breakfast, huge kitchen with all the bits and pieces, friendly people, lots of social activities you can choose to take part in, salsa lessons, friendly staff, sick views from the rooftop, a coffee shop inside the hostel and also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Be cautious but definitely feels like one of the safer areas of Cali, more so than the more touristy San Antonio - Well located, near some of the best salsa bars and a nice high road with great cheap, local restaurants, gym and other amenities
