Naio is a unique destination. It is located in Palomino and is a perfect balance between comfort and nature.  The staff is well trained. They are all very nice and professional and always willing to go the extra mile. For example, the manager overheard that my pregnant wife was craving for eggs Benedict and even though they were not on the menu he went out of his way and the next morning they surprised her with eggs Benedict.  Managers are always on sight making sure everything is running smoothly and it shows.  Rooms are not only tastefully designed but overly comfortable. The small details that are usually missing from hotels are taken care of: rooms with total darkness, the sheets, pillows and towels, the soap and shampoo are all top quality.  You must try the coconut lemonade. It's the best we have had.  Lighting and decor in all the hotel is just flawless. You feel all the time you are staying somewhere special.  Naio is a special place and highly recommended.

Peace quiet & serenity. The holy trinity. If that’s your bag, then this is it. Simply wonderful The food is truly outstanding. I was blown away. The kindest people the nicest smiles to greet you every morning. Plus they make a mean margarita. Loved it!❤️

Perfect place to stay in Palomino! The staff is super friendly and can help you book tubing if you want. Beautiful cat and cute puppy in the lobby! The rooms are very comfortable, and we enjoyed the hammocks on the patio—incredible views of the mountains! It’s close to the bus stop on the main road and just a 20 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Jui Chi MaMa ตั้งอยู่ในปาโลมิโนในภูมิภาค La Guajira ห่างจาก Palomino Beach 2.4 กม. A budding slice of paradise in a quiet corner of Palomino, the care taken in the creation of the space, it’s integration into the surrounding community and ecosystem, and the family-feel of the hospitality makes Jui Chi Mama the place to stay in Palomino. From the moment we were greeted by Germán, we knew the quality of our stay was important to him and his family. Germán took the time to sit with us with a map and orient us in the wider region of the Sierra Nevada and La Guajira province. If you like BIRDS or learning about local ecology and wildlife, you MUST book your tour with Germán. We had one of the best birding walks of our three month trip with his keen eye, beautiful storytelling, and kind and collaborative presence. Our room was very comfortable with a strong fan, comfy bed, great mosquito net, a cute little balcony, and clean private bathroom. The properties garden and communal space was lovely, though we didn’t make as much use out of it as it deserves as we spent most of our day out doing activities.
