Very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving we were informed about the possibilities for breakfast and restaurants. At our arrival, there was some minor technical issue with the heating and we were given immediately another room.

Villa by @ Home Hotel Locarno ligger i en historisk bygning i Locarno, 1,2 km fra Piazza Grande Locarno. Der er have og bjergudsigt. This classic Italianate villa was really beautifully restored, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The modern kitchen was very useful - apparently shared but we saw no one else! Great views from the room and huge wonderful balcony/terrace. Handy for the railway and buses. We loved it!

The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!
