The staff was helpful, the hotel provides free pass for all public transport, which is helpful. Very convenient location to go to CERN Meyrin sight, just 15 minutes by tram, the tram stop is almost in front of the hotel. Balexert (very big supermarket) is 1 stop towards the city centre, where you can buy local Swiss sim card, food, etc.
