The architecture attracted me to make the reservation and it lived up to expectations. FYI, i dont know Basel very well and have not stayed overnight before. It is a good location and easy to get to the concert hall etc. The courtyard is extra special and will be a key reason to return if/when th opportunity arises in the future.

Very friendly staff. Hotel provided clear instructions beforehand and though along busy streets, it has great soundproofing. Location is excellent, just across the old town. Room is spacious, clean with espresso coffee machine (a big plus) and bed super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Boasting city views, Rooftop Loft, 170sq, 1min from Main Station features accommodation with a balcony, around 1.1 km from Kunstmuseum Basel. This apartment offers accommodation with a patio. Perfect location for train travellers. Very spacious. Good to have a separate toilet and separate bathroom. Just wish we had been able to spend more than one night there. The terrace looked great for sitting out on, with a view towards the surrounding hills but not on a very cold April Day.
