Hotel was away from the hustle of downtown Banff, so it was nice and quiet, but still convenient. They gave us free bus passes to get around town for easy access. The staff was very friendly and stay was very comfortable.

In addition, there were additional delicious nibbles, chocolate at the bedside and much more - absolutely loving. The location is absolutely top for various excursions in the Banff NP.

What I liked about Holiday Lodge Cabins was the location—it’s within walking distance to downtown Banff, making it super convenient. I also appreciated the free breakfast delivered straight to the cabin, which was an unexpected bonus. Karin's hospitality was excellent, as she was very accommodating from the start, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The condo and complex were excellent—clean and easy instructions for arrival and checkout. Property management communication was excellent.
