Fantastic location, you can ski out and in the hotel. Ski area is great, after-ski parties as well in nearby cafee. Nice spa area and great friendly personel. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot... great place, wonderful view through the window and great breakfast.

Their hospitality was exceptional. I have experienced this kind of homy feeling just few times, when staying somewhere. The first impression was amazing, we were traveling late and Saskia was really worried about our safety during the travel. And the other day in the morning we found dog treats and dog bowls for our dog, which was this little detail, that really made me feel like home. So thank you about that and if there is ever chance to come back, i will 100% think about staying at your place.
