We were put in a room with no heat and we had to stay under the covers to remain warm. We were given an opportunity to upgrade after two days and nights of freezing. We spent our third night in a room with heat.

Solid location and staff was friendly. Paid parking wasn't great, but at least it was covered. The hotel is going through a major remodel. Construction crews, wet paint, and water issues made the property less desirable.

The location of the place was amazing, nature all around, close to downtown and hikes. The place looks amazing, it's a true oasis and rest for the soul. Breakfast that innkeepers were making every morning fresh and different was amazing, they cater to your needs as well. I would highly recommend this place to everyone to stay, no matter if you are coming for work or for fun.
Very nice. The room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the wine and cheese reception. Nice location outside of Jackson, right on the walking path for the Tetons. The building, deck, flowers and yard are all beautiful.
The location is situated between the town and the ski resort. The cabin is lovely and cozy, and the staff is extremely helpful and warm. Pet friendly is a big plus.
