The location was very cool but definitely remote. Takes 20-30 min from the town of Williams so it is a trek to come in and out to do activities. It was a nice set up though on the site.

Breakfast was good but the Steakhouse dinner in the evening was Excellent. The room with the views was good but we liked sitting out by the pool and listening to the wind in the trees.

Location pet friendly(no charge) next door to a pet friendly food bar establishment .. the first time we went through here the staff was simply amazing courteous kind smiling above and beyond made you feel welcoming I stressed the first time I came this was my second time here

, carpets are stained with dog piss , not so clean not comfortable because the floors are dirty they need to steam clean then nasty carpets , even the hallway is dirty, and the front desk area didn’t look clean, everything is worn and old the carpets , the shower curtains , window curtains need an update , we asked for towels in the morning to take a shower, front desk said we will have towels later on in the day , we couldn’t take a shower until that night !!
Nothing but location, since this is a pet friendly motel I received flea bites free of charge! Towel's were worn out paper thin! Windows dirty , cigarette buts all over the back doors not to mention dog poop!
They are pet friendly. Location allowed us room to walk our dog. Very good access to the freeway. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Really liked the ability to fix meals, streaming capabilities, and table roomy enough for board games.
Wife and I have been coming up to Williams for several years and didn't realize this place existed. Location was excellent, set back from the road and nestled in the woods. They truly are pet friendly, as they have rooms reserved for dogs and they do not charge you for having you furry friend with you. The staff is friendly, facility's are clean and very well maintained. The Western Steakhouse has excellent food. The Kachina Lounge was a comfy place to set awhile and have the same foods as the Steakhouse.
