Staff was very welcoming and informative upon check in. The breakfast was excellent and the “snack room” as we called it was super helpful. The room was spotless and quiet. Easy access to the outside via the stairs right next to our room so you don’t have to worry about meeting guests with their dogs in the elevator.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The hotel had been updated and refurbished. It was a comfortable room and quiet part of the property. It was lose to a number of places to eat. I would stay there again with no second thoughts.

The clerk was disrespectful and unprofessional. The room was a mess, and was told I couldn’t change my room even though there were plenty. The room: no bed spread, gum underneath the bed, the floor wasn’t swept, the towels were dirty, the showers had dirt and the soap from previous person, the tv had no cable and 4 channels. The clerk told me that if I checked out late it was $20 ( check out is at 11am, but if I stayed then I’ll be charged and the late checkout is at 11:10 am.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Staff was excellent!!! Checked in late and the evening desk clerk was very professional, helpful, and warm in her greeting. Remodeling at the time but was not even noticeable during our stay. Dog friendly, too! Very clean, breakfast was good. Highly recommend!
