I don't travel much, and was startled by what I felt were several sub-par things, but people who travel regularly assured me that they are "normal" for the price range.

The size of the rooms was great! The waffles for breakfast were good—but would suggest more than one waffle iron.

No black out curtains. The place is ok, not a very large workout room and no free weights. The hair dryer burned up but they quickly replaced it.
Offering a variety of animal-ready amenities, these properties promise a great stay for pets and people. Services can include sitting services, specialized bedding, and dog-walking. Some hotels even offer fun perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratching posts.
The location was close to the baseball complex that our team was competing at. The hotel is surrounded by blacktop with zero grass area. The hotel was minimal in cleanliness and comfort. The beds were like concrete slabs. Our bathroom had one towel instead of 4 so we had to go ask for more. The ones we received were frayed and worn out.
I love that they are pet friendy and had a nice area to walk our dogs.
The room was plush, quiet and warm. We had to make a quick turn around trip from Greybull WY and got a great night's sleep.
little run down could use some updating; shwer & exterior walkways, dog shit all over the place, please clean it up once & a while.... people are losers for not doing it after their own pets! Some one has to pick up the slack for those people....
I was pleasantly surprised by this motel as some of the reviews were bad - but the room was clean and smelled nice and the owner was accommodating when there was a mix up when I accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room (heads up, there's no way to designate it's a pet friendly room on Booking, so I think you have to call to book one). I appreciated the room had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a desk to work. The Wifi was ok for working remotely, however it wasn't good enough for Zoom calls, had to use my hotspot.
The price and location. It was very clean but the bed was so hard. You can tell they are updating things and it looks great. Carpet could use a facelift in the rooms. The outside is less than desirable a broom and shaking out rugs ect out side the building would go a long way. The night lady was very friendly.
Lovely updated property that is very suitable for the location; the rooms were clean and spacious and the shower was extra nice especially after a long day hiking. Loved the outdoor pool and kids play area. Appreciated the pet friendly rooms (would be nice to add pet beds as an option as tile floors) and the breakfast set up and service was great, really fit our group well. Location was central and although on the main highway still quiet. Was nice to be able to walk to dinner and the museums/downtown.
