It was a good kid and pet friendly option. The property had everything you could think of, pools, outdoor lounge with games, arcade, bowling alley, etc-bike rentals and also the purple shuttle to the Grand Canyon stops right in front. Our favorite was a free self serve fresh brewing Starbucks machine in the lobby.
We loved the pet friendliness there. We are the responsible owners/parents of two well behaved, well traveled show dogs, and it was so nice to have them so welcomed. We loved the beautiful hillside trail behind the apartments and walked our dogs there twice every day. Your location is great for a nice easy walk to town. Our apartment was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. One dog spent hours spellbound on the balcony looking for wildlife even in the snow!
It was a fabulous location! The grounds were clean, the hotel room was comfortable, and I could
not believe the dog crate in the “dog friendly” rooms!!! How amazing! this is the first time I have encountered this in my travels!! (I always travel
with my two dogs)
I did have an issue with my door on the second day. Ana was very quick to resolve the issue and even came in person to see how she could help. when I come again, I am definitely staying here!
I loved how pet friendly this location is. Staff at the front desk was so nice and very helpful with lots of tips for the Grand Canyon. He was very accommodating. Super close to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Room was outdated but very clean. We didn't get a chance to really use the facility itself because we came in super late for only one Night and left early next morning. I would overall return especially if traveling with a pet.
Location is great. Staff very friendly. Room was dirty walls and sheets . Stayed in first floor pet friendly maybe thats why. But we had a wonderful time.
Close to the Grand Canyon. Warm while it was cold out. Clean lobby, and rooms. We took our dog and they are pet friendly and had a area designated to dogs. Restaurant inside had friendly staff as well as the people checking us in. We would stay here again!
