When I setup room I asked your agent if property has a beach.
You said YES
There’s no beach on property
So you simply lie to me
Right now i'm talking to Nicole (your agent).
I explained that I was looking for a beach front property.
She said that a beach is located at Neiborhood property.
I was there. First of all why I have go somewhere if I expect reservation for beachfront.
Second there is no beach close at all. I was driving everyday 10-15 miles to the beach (one way!!!)
I'm 77 years old and you play with me this game.
Please just even partially return my money.

The accommodations were very nice. Rooms were the perfect size, clean and convenient

Location ok, but a bit further out of the main activity areas than expected so did need to drive everyday. Property overall was very nice if not a little basic in some areas. Tried to contact act booking.com for some help with no response. However Vickie Castle at Vacasa was excellent in supporting us , very responsive.
