location and luxury! the balconies were amazing and the elevator so impressive. we enjoyed the main living area with the open space and high end amenities. right by the beach and felt very safe.

It was nice to have a balcony, and the rooftop sun deck was nice. The location was so close to the boardwalk. The room was a good size. I also liked the tile floors instead of carpeting. It was also nice to have a refrigerator and microwave.
Great Location for the price. Literally steps from the beach and in walking distance of all the bars/restaurants. Dan was very accommodating when my sisters dog sitter cancelled and he allowed me to have a second dog for one night. Place was super cute inside, brand new grey wood flooring and the white oak furniture were super cute.
Location was great for the boardwalk and ocean. Needs updates. Broken tiles in bathroom the carpet should be replaced with tile floor. All and all for the price was good.
