The property was clean and housekeeping was efficient, but front desk was horrible. Very mean and they kept me out of my room just to verify who I was even. I think I gave them my ID.. when I arrived to the property and receive my room key. The door was already opened and someone came back to go into the room.. The room was very cold and the front desk agent showed no concern of anything even an extra blanket.
