This was a last minute booking and we loved it all. Staff were so friendly & helpful, room was a great size, comfortable beds, balcony, great bathroom too with Dove products. Breakfast included with 3 waffle makers, yoghurt, cereals, juices etc. Free tea & coffee available 24/7. Small bar too on site. Just beside a great brewery with a restaurant & bar, great food, atmosphere & staff. Short walk to downtown Williams & an hour to Grand Canyon South Rim.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. Our room was connected to another room with a loud family, and we couldn't sleep all night. We were not aware that our room was communicating with the next one, as no information was given at the time of booking. Additionally, the door to our room was difficult to open; we had to try several times before it finally unlocked. The bed was small, and there was no place to put anything. Although the staff did their best, there’s not much they can do with an old place like this. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.
