Absolutely wonderful. Cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. Had everything we needed and was approximately a 5 minute walk from the convention center, and 5-10 minute walk to great food and drinks. Home run for anyone staying in the Lancaster area. The host was extremely accommodating and helped us with a last-minute modification. 10/10 experience.

This was a very nicely renovated row house in Lancaster City. It was clean, organized, and well stocked with paper products, linens, toiletries, soaps, and other convenient items like a hair dryer. The kitchen had all the basics and was easy to use. There wasn’t a lot of clutter so it was easy to work our stuff into the space. We loved having a washer and dryer, dishwasher, really large shower and plenty of linens for all of us. It was the perfect home base, plus it was within walking distance of several great restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Front desk staff, Robin, Brandy and Kathy were great. They are super nice, helpful and accommodating to guest's needs/requests.
Manager (George) even noticed that my car windows were down and informed me when it had begun to rain, which was greatly appreciated.

Carpet in room was damp --- enjoyed being able to walk dog in fenced in area. No information located in room regarding eating places in area for call to have delivered. We are not computer literate so therefore we ate snacks until morning. The front desk was not as helpful as I assumed they would be. Location was excellent for our trip.

The convenient location of our room near the side door and close to the dining room. Also, that continental breakfast was included which was very good. The major plus was that they were pet friendly! A very helpful & pleasant lady worked in the dining room on Sun. morning: an asset to the staff!
