Location is excellent for the airport and Pearl Harbour, although a bit barren around the hotal area itself and next to a major freeway; less good for the Downtown area (although easy to take a bus from just outside).
Shuttle bus from airport was great - arrived only a few minutes after we called the hotel to request it. Shuttle back to airport runs regularly on the hour with no need to book.
Taxi ordered by hotel arrived on time to take us the short journey to Pearl Harbour ($25 fare).
All room facilities were fine. Breakfast was quite good.

The location was great, away from busy Waikiki. The hotel was always clean. I really liked that they locked the doors at 10pm - just remember to have your room key to open them. :)
The location was amazing. The lagoon/ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. the unit itself was very nice.. balcony, appliances, beds, all wonderful.
This hotel is located next to a mall and a grocery store so great access to shopping and decently priced food. The staff was great- friendly and caring- and the free breakfast and parking was super nice as well.
We are original from Westside but live in Europe now for work, just came back for holidays to visit friends, family, and enjoy our culture. Staff was awesome and for our family location couldn’t be beat. It’s the holiday season so price well I will leave it at that it was competitive to similar properties.
