The motel has been nicely redone. The bed was very comfortable and Ray could not have been more helpful. It was easy to walk to everything from the motel. Helpful to have a mini fridge and microwave.

The Oranch House was one of the favorite places that we stayed during a two week journey through Utah and Arizona. The buildings, grounds, and western decor are absolutely beautiful. That coupled with the host’s kindness and thoughtful touches made this one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It is conveniently located within the city limits of the Kanab, which has plenty of nice restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The location is also centrally located between Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Grand Staircase/Escalante NM, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and many other parks and national monuments. (My wife usually thinks my jokes are corny, but when I asked “Oranch you glad we stayed here?” her answer was a resounding YES!!!)

This is a delightfully clean and comfortable motel with a historic Hollywood twist.
They have a very friendly and proactive staff that ensured easy access to our room, fairly late at night after a long drive. The AC was on when we arrived, and the room was cool, very clean with comfortable beds. There is a nice pool and lounging area next to the restaurant, and they serve an excellent breakfast in the mornings at a very reasonable price, that is far better than ANY included hotel breakfast I've ever had.
This was a surprisingly great place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

This property is down right charming!! Located in the heart of Kanab, with a deck that’s perfect for a warm morning drink. Very clean and comfortable. And I love that they are pet friendly!
Cabin itself - Quiet and a great bed. Traveling with dog. Great walking areas. Awesome because dog did not startle or bark when hearing voices. A plus of the cabin. Wonderful seating outside to view sunset or sunrise. Kind gentleman who checked us in.
Btw no carpets in our dog friendly cabin. I think this is a plus.
Wifi not great but
Amazing pet friendly room. The entryway with a slotted door was awesome to keep cats/dogs from darting out. The dog bed was a nice touch, though a bit too small for our dog. The cats enjoyed the scratching post and tree. Room was overall great.
I liked the convenience of parking directly outside your cabin. I also liked the location with stunning views. A bonus was that it was pet friendly as we were traveling with 2 dogs.
