The room is exactly what I would expect from the Red Roof brand. Clean and functional room. Beds were good, not great, but what I would expect. Clean no-frills bathroom with minimal amenities - economy brand standard. I appreciated the refrigerator, which was an extra I was not expecting but VERY happy to see.

Bare bones motel that feels clean and looks up to date. Comfortable beds. No carpeting which is great - feels much cleaner. Lots of storage. Clean updated bathroom. There is an elevator from the lobby.
The staff were very kind and attentive - we arrived very late, and they left a key for us in the lobby lockbox, with very clear instructions.
Location is great - close to Hershey Park but far enough away that it's quiet.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Some sites classified it as 2-stars but it’s 3-stars. We stayed here mainly coz we have a dog and the Hershey hotels are not pet friendly. It’s a 10 min drive from the park, the room is large and comfortable, and the included breakfast is excellent. Some reviews pointed out the motel that shares the parking lot as a negative but honestly, we didn’t notice any shady characters or felt that it impacted our stay.

Breakfast bar had plenty of options. The chocolate smell though the halls was very nice. Although pet friendly I didn’t here any dogs barking which was great.
The hotel was nice and convenient location. We loved the indoor pool, and especially that it was pet friendly. Really good water pressure in the shower thats a BIG PLUS. The room was clean and the fridge was cold. The bed was comfy. We would stay here again.
Jessica, at the service desk was wonderful from check in till breakfast the next morning. She was an attentive, professional, engaging and kind host, and made our stay extra enjoyable. Her replacement was just as nice. The hotel was incredibly pet friendly, with a wonderful area to walk the dog. The location was perfect and quiet, in a lovely neighborhood.
