First night we stayed there stayed on the first floor room was decent and quiet restaurants and convenience. Store were close by.

Location was great; close to gas stations and the freeway. The bed was HUGE and the room was clean. The pet run area was close to my room which was nice since I was traveling with a dog.
The gal at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. The motel is dog friendly. There is a very nice park across the street. The location to downtown was good. I was able to park near my room which made loading and unloading easier.
