The room was ideal, positioned close the private beach and pier and close to the main reception area. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, our luggage was delayed for over 3 days, the penalty for flying British Airways (not recommended, the most unfriendly and unhelpful airline) but the staff did everything they could to help us during this time, recommendations for pharmacy and essential clothing etc and most of all showed empathy.

Nice location, the unit had a nice layout. We liked the outside decks with the fans. Very nice view of the water, we got some beautiful sunset photos. We also enjoyed the living room with the ceiling fan.
