Kitchen staff member at breakfast was so friendly and helpful. She was helpful, easy to approach and talk to and helped my kids make waffles. The 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family size and fully equipped kitchen was great too.

Great location right at the corner of Central Park and Fith Avenue! The hotel team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt like being at home and had a great time at The Sherry Netherland. Perfectly!

Excellent location close to Grand Central Station. The 27th floor guest room is a lovely, open space with great views of the city - a nice place to relax with a coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with microwave and fridge, a comfortable bed and a great shower.
Offering a variety of animal-adapted amenities, these properties provide a pet-friendly stay. Services may include sitting services, specialized bedding and dog walking. Some hotels even offer quirky perks like a gourmet room service menu for pets, as well as catnip and scratch poles.
Our room was at the top level of the building and had a nice view. The floor was tile and hardwood, which feels much cleaner than carpet. The room was spacious and clean overall. It was good value for money, considering NYC prices. The staff was friendly. I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave.
The hotel is conveniently located only 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. The travel time to Manhattan is about 15-25 minutes, depending on the area.
The only one thing I liked was pet friendly, the floors were filthy the towels had hair on it , no soap dispensers work , huge ants in the sink and acs look old and not cleaned. The TV only had Roku no cable channel also the shower was disappointing the pressure was terrible and annoying the figure out how to turn it hot on top of this there was construction all night staff didn’t tell me that otherwise I would’ve left
The Cabana Hotel is a great spot for you and your bae to link up and chill with out drama or complication. Twice now I have gone online and found great deals or coupon discounts on hotel stays at Cabana Hotel that literally cut my hotel costs in half.
The room was very clean and the staff were professional and courteous. I will say that there was not enough towels between my guest and myself, but that was easily fixable by putting in a call to the front desk. The carpet was well vacuumed and the bed linen was fresh and clean.
