The location is good. Clerk at the front desk was nice.
Our air conditioner worked great. More than half the time I stay in the keys (wether Airbnb, resort, hotel, motel etc) the AC doesn't work as soon as we are checked in.
Great service, rooms very nice and comfortable (the beds are really good!)

It was kind of neat staying in a houseboat. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was nice having a full sized refrigerator. Loved the little outside deck with table and chairs. We watched our neighbor catch a pretty nice fish of their deck. Just steps away from a beautiful sunrise. Key deer roamed the property.
