Loved that there was breakfast and that it was good. Plenty of options and food. We went an hour before the end and they were still refilling foods. I've been to many places that stop refilling within the hour and didn't have warm food.
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean bathroom and it smelled good in the room. Staff was friendly.
Hotel is close to so many things. We had a concert at MVP Arena and it was 14 minutes away (without traffic). (If you're going for a concert or other event leave with at least an hour as traffic is horrible near the arena. )

Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was extremely clean and new. Our room was very comfortable and large. We enjoyed walking around quackenbush square and the new walk over to the riverfront park. Pet friendly also a plus!

The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .
friendly staff, convenient location, shuttle to and from airport no matter the time. the overall facility was clean and comfortable. the addition of microwave, coffee and tea and refrigerator was a nice addition. also we had a pet and very much appreciated that the room was not carpeted. in a pet friendly room I feel that is necessary because it is easier for staff to clean and smells from other pets kept at a minimum. this was so much better than other places with carpeted rooms and much appreciated.
Great hotel. Full kitchen and suite layout is ideal for a family of four. Very comfortable to lounge around the living room area. Pet friendly too and very quiet. Good location with many restaraunts and a mall across the street
