If you're looking for absolute peace and quiet in nature as we did, this place offers it. We only stayed one night and had the best sleep ever, wishing we could stay longer and explore the woods more. We had an entire apartment to ourselves on the house ground floor, with independent access. The rooms were well-heated with a wood stove and electric panels in the bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen; contactless management; easy to find via GPS, and the 30 min travel by car from Ljubljana city center was well worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brunarica Biopark! We spent there 6 days and got to enjoy a bit of "live like a local". House is located in the mountains so driving there is a seperate worth journey that locals have advanced in :) House was clean, nice and well equiped. Super nice sauna and hot thub that we used with cold water to refresh during hot summer days.

Very good breakfast, excellent location easy to find and close to the highway, however very quiet and surrounded with beautiful nature, available area for the walks with the dog, wood and meadow view from the window. Very friendly staff, ready to help if needed. Some things in the bathroom could be renovated, everything else was fine in our two nights stay.
We spent very nice family time in the house with our adult kids and their girl/boy friends and a dog during the Easter holidays. The location is great, very private, surrounded by nature near to the forest, and at the same time close to Ljubljana and other wonderful places in Slovenia. The host is very nice and attentive, was welcoming us with some Easter Slovenian delicacies. We found in the house all we needed, beds are comfortable, and the grill was a bonus. It was a very good choice, we would stay there again!
