Perfect location! Within five minutes of walking distance there is everything anyone might need; a big mall with a cinema theater and very well equipped fitness center, grocery stores, liquor stores, flower shops and an impressive food market.
Parking is not included with the reservation but I always had been able to find parking space within 50 yards from my apartment.
Apartment is fully equipped for entirely independent living.

Super quiet top-floor apartment! We NEVER heard the neighbors, and you can see the old city from the window. :) Beautiful at night! Lots of space, very clean. The skylights made the whole space very bright! Keep in mind there is no elevator, so you will have to climb 4 or 5 flights of stairs (the "a" apartments are at the very top floor). We had a wonderful stay!

The location was great. We were worried when we first arrived as it was in a block of older flats but the apartment was newly renovated and clean. Parking was a general area off the road but on site and we were always able to find a spot. It felt safe and the key drop was easy. Clear instructions for key collection were appreciated as ot was not on site.

I recently stayed at Hotel Europa in Kalisz and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and just a 5-minute walk to the charming old town.
The room was clean and comfortable, providing a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to suit everyone’s tastes.
Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for the money, and I believe it deserves a 5-star rating. Highly recommended!
