New beautiful hotel, next to the lake. Panoramic view, underfloor heating. Quiet place. Beautiful, stylish rooms, large view balcony, new plumbing. Excellent breakfast at an affordable price (free for genius), polite staff. We booked a room for 3 adults and a teenager. There was a misunderstanding when settling in: the second bed was short and the teenager was tall. The staff were a bit confused but tried to help in every way possible, they gave us an extra blanket, put a table to lengthen the bed, promised to fix the situation. But, the next morning they said that, given the misunderstanding with the bed, the boss made our stay completely free and asked to pay only 100 PLN for breakfast for 4. Here I was already confused and offered to pay at least 100 PLN for accommodation, but I got the answer that the boss forbade to take money. This is the first time I have encountered such a radical approach to solving misunderstandings, it is not just to express regret or give a discount. Respect!
