The hostess was real nice and helpful and a credit to the owners, the property itself was clean and very well positioned, close enough to the beach and yet far enough to avoid evening noise. The apartments were clean and spacious, and well stocked on kitchen tools and utensils. Close to shop and market and nice restaurants. We had specific requirements and the owners honored them completely, for which we are grateful. People should understand that this is not a hotel, these are guest apartments. If you want to eat in you have to buy your own food (which is readily available from shops and fresh from markets), the property provides usable cookware, kitchen and a suitable dining table inside and on the balcony. If you wish to be positioned close to the beach, highly recommended.

The woman has great taste. She welcomed me warmly when I was late. When I arrived, I was very tired and I was greeted cordially. I love the place, I adore it, and I don't want to leave it. Since my arrival they have been welcoming and interested in every detail of my stay. I was immersed in it and my love for the city increased. A right place I want to be. Lovely and friendly group of people. wonderful site. Bars. Restaurants. Sea of Glory. center. room. It has all the comforts, a soft pillow, a warm bath, an explanation, and it is absolutely clean and tidy. The great thing is that I travel alone. Makes me feel like this is not a hotel, but my home. The woman I have never forgotten in my life. She was treated with the highest level of taste. I loved her explanation and her interest in her guests. She truly deserves all our thanks and praise. She served me in a place that had extra services that made me ashamed. With her generosity, I would recommend this good place. It is not like others, and it does not include all the amenities and entertainment found in this place. It is very important to me. I hope to return to it. I couldn't find anything better than this place. Above all, excellent cleanliness is a place you don't want to leave.

The apartment is amazing and it has everything you need. Right next to the apartment there are stairs to get to the beach and it takes approximately 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and 2 shops on the street below the apartment. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we really enjoyed our stay there, it felt like home! Since we were travelling from another country our bus arrived 3 hours earlier and the owner prepared the apartment for us to check in at 9:30 AM, we were very thankful for that! We will definitely come again :)

We absolutely loved the place, it definitely exceeded our expectations! The top floor apartment we stayed at was huge and it had everything your heart could desire, not just the simple essentials. For instance, A/C in both rooms as well as the living room, a second bathroom with a washer, not 1 but 3 balconies, one of which had an amazing view (better than the photos). The best part is that building is literally a 2 minute walk to the actual beach, yet still secluded enough to have your peace. Milos, the host, was so easy going and pleasant to deal with. The cleaning lady is diligent and does a great job daily. Wifi was fast, parking was great. I mean I could go on forever, but I’ll just add that my wifes dad that usually always finds something to complain about had nothing negative to say. Great value for money!

Apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed for our vacation. Alen was great and very accommodating. Another great thing about this property is that you have your own parking spot in a covered garage.
Perfect apartments in an ideal location. Sparkling clean and very comfortable. Everything is new - furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linens, it looks like the apartment just started to rent. The location is perfect - very close to the beach, with a sea view but without direct exposure to a road, so it is tranquil. Own parking place is a big plus and it was provided for free. The host lives in the next building and was always available and supportive. We hope to return to this location one day.

Location and service were perfect. The key handover was smooth, and afterward, the host checked in daily to ensure everything was as it should be and to see if they could assist with anything. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, Przno itself has very few services (the local Voli is only open until 16:00). The price level in the restaurants is rather high compared to the quality, except for the restaurant Village.

Amazing apartment in every sense. Located on the coast of Adriatic see with an easy access to the beach. The location is excellent - fabulous walking way to Sveti Stefan beach, convenient driving distance to such "must see" destinations as Budva, Cetinje, Lipa cave, Skadar lake etc. The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find everything you need and even more. The host Ivana was very welcoming and hospitable. We enjoyed the stay at Apartment Seaside so much and are looking forward to visiting this property sometimes again.

Mixed feelings. Fantastic view over the bay. If you like sunsets, this is the place to be. Nice pool. Great location with a short but steep climb. The venue can be the best in town. But …. The bed was small and not comfortable. The hygiene was bad. 5 days out of 7 no wifi. Sorry.
