This was my second stay at The Amfora, having been blown away by the beauty of the location, the comfort, and the kindess of the staff, at my first visit in October 2023. My return trip lived up to all my expectations. I had a lovely, warm welcome from Vladana, Nataša, and all the staff, which I much appreciated, and spent four blissful days enjoying the sun and the gorgeous views of the bay from under a leafy fig tree, which is my favourite spot on the small private beach. I stayed, again, in a suite with a mountain view, which I actually prefer for having my morning coffee on the balcony. The staff at The Amfora are always very helpful with arranging trips and booking taxis. For my shorter stay this year, I made one trip to Ribarsko Selo, an amazing fish restaurant and beach club which I'd spotted during a boat trip to Blue Cave last year. The Amfora is perfect for quiet beach days and as a base for explorations, locally and beyond, by boat or road. Montenegro is a favourite destination for me and The Amfora is a place I hope to stay at time and time again. Very highly recommended!

We enjoyed the views over the mountains opposite and the roof tops of Kotor. It was great to have the chairs on the terrace when the sun was out.
The apartment has a lot of character with its stone walls and timber beams.
It has been thoughtfully set up in the space with shelves and hangers. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine and stovetop pot too, and we liked the range of cups from coffee size to mugs, small things but important!

Everything about this stay was heaven on earth! Despite our flight being delayed the hosts welcomed us warmly and the accommodation is divine! As a family of six we usually find holiday accommodation a bit of a squeeze but we had so much room here and the balcony is the icing on the cake - perfect views and a great spot to have breakfast/enjoy endless bottles of local wine! We were baked a beautiful chocolate cake and given help/advice whenever needed. I am a real insomniac so headed for a walk around the bay early each morning - bumping into our host taking his grandchild for a walk was a lovely start to my day and the light at that hour is mesmerising. Dobrota is beautiful and a short stroll along the water's edge takes you to Kotor - which is mesmerising, I have travelled extensively for both work and pleasure and this is not a place I will ever forget. Take your family for an adventure here - you will not regret it!

Amazing place and views from balcony, nice and very friendly owners, very comfy beds, large room and kitchen area, it has everything you need. Very clean. Nearby is a local shop. Owners have a dog, cats, sheeps, chicken. Great stay and lovely holiday for our family. It its very close to Kotor (10min drive), less than 10min to big supermarket Vola and petrol station.
The apartment was just above the beach yet it is still in a very peaceful area. The apartment was cozy with separate sleeping area, overall well equipped. The property is pet friendly and practical for travelling with dogs.
We loved the pool, of course. Spacious apartment with a big balcony, with views on the mountain and pool. An actual separate bedroom. The location was good for us, cause we wanted to be outside of Kotor and close to the airport. We loved watching the sheep and chickens wander around and pet the cat and dog. Total peace and quiet, perfect to end our trip around the region. If you don't mind a bit of a mountain road, this is the place for you!

The apartment is a Little cottage on the hill over Kotor. There is free parking. We can easily comunicate with the Kind owners (they live in the house beside). The apartment is enough big, there is a little garden outside and a little space with chairs ti enjoy the nice view. There are dishwasher, washing machine and a complete kitcken. It is pet friendly (but it needs to pay 10 euros for the dog). Good ratio quality/price.
The room is a part of coliving space. It looks like a space with several rooms + a common kitchen and a hall with free coffee and tea. The coliving space is located in the old town. The room is big, clean and cozy. It is very warm inside as there are 2 heaters. It is comfortable to work - it has a desk and a chair. Wi fi signal is good. Pet friendly (I stayed with my dog).
Location is excellent. You can sit outside and look at the sea all day long. Also it is in shade for the hottest part of the day, until 2 pm. Beach is steps away. There are few restaurants near by and so are the shops. It is pet friendly, so we could take our dog.
