My experience staying at Riad Naya was wonderful. When I travel I love to immerse myself in the local culture and that was exactly what I found here.

Oh my goodness! I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Not only was this Riad brilliantly placed in the Medina but it was chic, comfortable and extremely clean. However, it is the staff who made this a wonderful stay. I’ve stayed in expensive hotels with the usual corporate politeness but the staff here went above and beyond that. The manager Abdul was super efficient but importantly thoroughly nice. He anticipated our every need and questions with patience and kindness that went far beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Aziz ( and, another young man on in evening and night) were equally thoughtful and considerate and my friend and I were most touched by how they really looked after us. The ladies that looked after our room were warm and friendly as were spa staff. This accommodation and staff were so impressive that we urge anyone to book here. Outstanding value also, brilliant breakfasts! Cannot recommend enough, we were bowled over my our experience here. !

Everything about our stay at Riad Nafis was brilliant; the staff are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we have ever met. As soon as we arrived, we were invited up to the terrace for complimentary Moroccan tea/snacks. Mr Yassine met us in the morning and gave us some very useful information and tips. The room and facilities were fantastic, we enjoyed the pool downstairs and the terrace upstairs. Very clean; breakfast was lovely and varied over the 4 mornings we were there. Very handy location into the medina. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were looked after very well. We will be back insh’allah!

Great breakfast served on the rooftop terrace every morning- all served fresh by very friendly staff. We booked dinner at the Riad one evening- again on the terrace- and it one of the best meals we had in Morocco. Room was air conditioned, well equipped and spacious with a fridge and teams coffee-making facilities. The massage and Hammam we had at the Riyad was amazing- very highly recommended.

An amazing property that catered to all our needs. The staff were all super friendly and very accommodating. After mentioning my daughter’s birthday, found our room beautifully decorated with flowers and rose petals, made it extra special for her. Majid, our driver, was super helpful to get us around as well. Will definitely be coming back to stay again.
Beautiful traditional riad only 3 minutes walk to Jemaa el Fna. Loved everything about this riad. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. Want to mention three people. Yassin at the reception, Nauhila cleaning/breakfast and the porter who brought our luggage on the cart. Loved the pool too. Fountains with roses made the atmosphere surreal. Cleopetra/mimi the cat was beautiful. Rooms were beautiful and very comfortable.

Beautiful property, great breakfast and excellent customer service. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Loved all the animals on site; dogs, cats, donkeys, chickens, peacocks, turkeys etc. and you could easily spend your whole trip without leaving the grounds as it is such a pretty place to stay.
There was no stress around getting taxis as the hotel has their own taxi service at a really reasonable price.
It is a chilled out, peaceful and relaxing hotel. I would go back to Marrakech just to stay here again!
Sparkling clean and perfectly located in the heart of the Medina in a quiet, yet very accessible alley. Most important of all, the staff was the highlight of the riad, they went above and beyond to take care of us (and all of the customers). Our deepest appreciation to Olivier and his staff. For those interested, the property is dog friendly, and they have excellent recommendations for restaurants, guides, tours, etc. (not the usual touristy stuff…)
