I can’t say enough great things about this Riad. We had such exceptional service from Ismael, Maryam, and the rest of the team. We arrived late in Fes and our driver unbeknownst to us had reached out to the Riad and Ismael picked us up.
We got into the Riad which was even more beautiful than the photos and we had such an incredible breakf each morning. We were the only guests for a few days and we had such a customized experience for breakfast— we truly felt like loyalty. You are just a few steps away from the Medina and rhe beds are so comfortable!

This guest house is such a gem! The owner and all of the staff here have been absolutely amazing to us.. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so welcome as I have here. They really go above and beyond to serve you and provide you with the best experience. Tea and cookies are available any time you want them, breakfast is made to order when you get up and is delicious and filling. It’s an easy to find location, fells safe everywhere around here, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, everything is clean. This is our favorite place we’ve stayed in all of Morocco!
They helped us with tours, with arranging airport transfer, printing boarding passes, just all around a really incredible experience. I am thankful to have found this location!

Property was visually lovely. The staff here were extremely hospitable and one in particular, I did not catch his name but he was working on the Sunday and helped me with an unwanted pest of a man outside the building. The dinner/breakfast here was also lovely, highly recommend this Riad.

The staff is friendly but not qualified. The breakfast is average. The windows are hard to close and we couldn’t sleep cause of the noise coming from the street. They booked a tour without our approval and we had to pay 200 Dirhams half of the tour they plan for us . It doesn’t worth the money . People were smoking in the small place where we’re taking our breakfast.

The Riad is stunning, its decor is beautifully curated...and it is a little heaven of peace in the middle of the Medina. It was the perfect location in a very new part of the city. Very quiet. Guarded. Felt save and big. Very nice shower evenzo it looked small. There where building noises but not to much or to long. We drove to the public parking place just at the border of the city and took a petit taxi. They bring you in too town for less then a busrate. And it is fun

The rooms are excellent alongside the facility, gives you an amazing vibe of staying in a traditional moroccan hotel, but with modern facilities.
The staff is very kind and helpful, made good suggestions on carpet buying as well as hotel recommendations, they even got us a good guide for the day.
Everything the location was perfect for the golf course, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds super comfy and all the furnishings are good quality, well equipt kitchen. Nice and quiet, no barking dogs. Very peaceful and close enough to Fez.
- Location. Right in the Medina but away from the busiest area. Near a couple of restaurants (open during Ramadan), banks and petit taxis stop.
- Staff. Omar and Jaffa(?) were helpful and friendly.
- Riad is a beautiful house to stay in.
Very charming riad full of character with beautiful tile mosaics everywhere, good location close to Bab R'cif, one of the few things one can always find again when one gets lost in the medina.

Special thanks to Jawad, who helped us with everything, picking us up when we came, organizing laundry, serving tea on the roof top and personally sending me off very, very early in the morning with a petit taxi to the train station!
The breakfast was plentiful and filling. Our room was large and spacious. The wifi was pretty good. The staff were friendly and had cool events. They were very inclusive and community oriented. They had a good ambience. The location was convenient to get anywhere. Very pet friendly. Love the views from the rooftop terrace. I would love to come back.
