Look no further and book this place, it's excellent value for money. Spotless clean, brand new mattresses, cosy living room, more than enough space, very quiet, basic but reasonably equipped kitchen. Amine is super friendly and welcoming and will give you very good recommendations around the area. Lovely view from the building rooftop. Very close (driving distance) to both downtown and, on the other side, the beautiful and not crowded Isli beach.
Btw I would strongly advise you go to Al Hoceima with your own independent transportation. We saw no public transport around, only taxis.

The living room is lovely, the laundry facilities were great. The panoramic view from the hill is fantastic and there is a lovely new road (which isn’t on google maps yet) down to the fishing port which is worth a visit. The host was super responsive and had great recommendations!

Wonderful location، front desk staff incompetent as they insisted that reserving through booking.com exempts the guest from getting the rewards points.Luckily the GM promised to add the points.
Breakfast was chaotic and hugely understaffed. Good size room but a bit dirty with a big spider web next to the main bed. Bleach marks on beige bayheoom towels. Facilities are wonderful. All in all the hotel was packed but suffers from lack of stuff and training.
The hotel is at a great location, with a wonderful view and serves a very good breakfast. No buffet at the time that we were there, but certainly more than enough and tasty on a personal tray. The room was spacious, but a little rundown. With replacements of some lamps, furniture and carpets it should be great again, the basic quality of the room (bed, floors, walls, etc.) is very good. The staff was very friendly, but in one case not very professional, see below.
