Very friendly and professional staff. Welcome drink at check-in which was a very kind attention. Much appreciated! The room was perfect, with partial view on a canal. Fantastic location, not far from the train and main bus station, and in the heart of Venice. As well, less than 10 minutes walking to the nearest Vaporetto station. Breakfast was qualitative and various both for food and drinks. We will definitely come back to Moresco hotel for our next trip to Venice. Many thanks to the Hotel staff!

Ihanan tunnelmallinen hotelli viehättävällä ja rauhallisella Dorsoduron alueella, ja se on kätevästi Accademia tai Zattere Vaporettopysäkin läheisyydessä. Sängyissä oli loistava patja ja tyynyt, hyvät yöunet oli taattu. Myös äänieristys oli hyvä, huone oli hiljainen. Meille oli annettu huone Fontana, luulen että henkilökunta oli halunnut ilahduttaa meitä, sillä se oli mielestä selkeästi isompi mitä varauksessamme luki, tässä oli joka ikään kuin pieni oleskeluhuone ja makuuhuone erikseen, sekä oma pöytä ulkopuolella ( vähän kuin oma terassi), tämä oli puutarhan puolella katutasossa. Huone oli ihana, mutta sikäli harmi, että olimme valinneet hotellin suurimmaksi osaksi juuri siitä syystä, että siellä on myös huoneita missä on näkymä laguunille. En tiedä miten erehdyin, varaussivustolla olin valitsevinani huoneen näköalalla ja siinä oli kuvia laguuninäkymästä, mutta jostain syystä siis näkymä oli puutarhaan. Kyselin moneen kertaan että jos vaan tulee peruutuksia, niin mielelläni upgreidaan ja maksan erotuksen, mutta sellaista ei sitten ehkä ollut. Tosin kun katselin hotellin omilta varaussivuilta niin siellä näkyi koko ajan vapaana ainakin yksi huone joka oli ainakin ylemmässä kerroksessa, joten arvelin että siinä voisi olla jopa se kaipaamani näkymä laguunille. Onneksi uskaltauduin kysymään vielä ensimmäisen yön jälkeen vastaanoton naiselta ( hän oli ihana), jos olisi mahdollista vaihtaa huonetta edes viimeiseksi yöksi. Ja se onnistui! Mahtavaa. En kuitenkaan tiedä olisiko se onnistunut ellen vaan sinnikkäästi olisi sitä kysellyt. Ilmeisesti nyt saamamme huone ei ollut samaa hintakategoriaa ( oli tavallaan varustukseltaan vaatimattomampi ja pikkuisempi) mutta sehän ei meitä haitannut kun meille se näkymä oli juuri ”se juttu”. Se kuitenkin vielä kruunasi kokemuksemme.
