Absolutely excellent location, just in front of the main square and the litlle port. The hotel is vintage in perfect stunning condition. Our room had a terrace on a side of the hotel over the main (litlle) street. We enjoyed there some bottles of Prosecco after dining out. Breakfast included was a plus. The personnel has been very polite and willing. Fantastic stay.

Booked this for family break, great location hotel staff have no hospitality training only staff with friendly smile were atturo and Sean at the pool. Had better breakfasts in 3 star accommodation: cleaning crew wake you up in morning to clean your room and facilities in room poor. Pool and beach access only opens at 10 and closes at 7. Would not recommend

Excellent location. Small studio apartment that was clean, modern and was right on the harbor. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.
The location of the property was amazing, right at the heart of Portofino. The view from the window also stunning.
If you spend one night here it's a good spot as you can enjoy Portofino to the fullest.
The team who works there was helpful with providing us with additional towels when we asked & let us have early check in which was helpful for us.
We loved the location of this place. We couldn’t get enough of the views and the whole vibe. You can watch at the window at night and watch the town and the people. Especially in the morning you can enjoy portofino perfectly with this apartment since there are no tourists. I read many bad reviews and was a bit scared in the beginning but I’m so happy i booked this place. Everything went smoothly the check in was very easy and the apartment was very cute.
The location was amazing, the studio living space was big. Just be aware there is a resturant outside the apartment. And there are a lot of stairs upon entering the suite, but the staff helped us which was awesome.
