Raffaella is wonderfully accomodating, allowing both an early check-in when it was raining and leaving bags for a few hours on check-out. She even dried some of my clothing that had been drenched from the rain. The room was cosy and had everything I needed, and it was a very short walk to the beach.

Spotless, spacious and excellent location with dedicated parking (& room to store bikes!). Our hosts were exceptional- responsive and hugely helpful (in contrast to other places we have stayed who respond quickly but are inflexible). Francesco even took a lot of effort to help us with a tricky problem relating to the next stage of our travels, which he really didn’t have to do. Lovely people!! Perfect local cafe for coffee & cake around the corner along with one of Palermo’s best restaurants. Supermarket and beach c200m away with lovely wander along the front. Despite excellent situation close to facilities, property has only three apartments and is therefore very quiet and separated from busy areas. Easy access to bus into Palermo.

The house is spot clean and well equipped with very fast internet. Great design and access to the terrace and garden. I like to cook and really liked the kitchen Gerlando has in his house. Gerlando made this place really lovely and I can only say great things and truly recommend it.
Moreover, Gerlando is a fantastic host: very kind, honest, helpful, always available if one needs anything. I would say he is one of the best hosts one can encounter and his property reflects that very well. Me and my mother had wonderful stay in Gerlando’s house.

The location is amazing. 2 mins to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful town. We had a lovely new years break. The apt has everything you need.Hearing included as we stayed in Dec.
The owner was very helpful. Left us some tangerines and water and juice. Gave us lemons from.his garden and even helped us take our dog to the vet. In summer this would be a perfect vacation desrination, with the use of the big garden /table and chairs that are available.

It was a pleasure staying in this location, which is very close to the sea, it took us apx. 7-10 min from the property.
We were met by the host. She showed us the room ( she was so kind to us). All staff were included, comfortable bed, big bathroom, lounge zone, TV( almost all languages, btw), fridge, table, chairs.
So we had a good time.
They have got a cute dog so we were astonished( in a positive way)
So we recommend staying on this property
and we will probably stay next time.)
We spent one night with our dog in this beautiful villa in Mondello, near the beach. The room was upstairs ( a bit uncomfortable for one night), but bed an bathroom were splendid. In the morning a fantastic breakfast with very tasty Cappucino and local cakes/ sweets/ hearty choices. Very friendly staff, Carla was very helpful as she served breakfast at 7 am as we had to catch the ferry. Absolute recommendation.

Family is very warm and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Good location, though you walk downhill to beach and uphill to house. Though taxi available and they will call one for you. Nice dog, Norma, and two cats.
It's right at mondello, one of the beautiful beaches ose to Palermo. location was perfect.
You have your own appartment, a separate door to enter it. They provided with big towels Incase we need it for the beach.
The kitchen is well equiped if we needed to make our own breakfast or cook something. We only stayed for a night, so didn't use the kitchen.
It's also a quiet neighborhood (except the dog barking all the night)
