Although space was tight we had everything we needed. The host was responsive and came with extra linen for the sofa bed (the two single beds as listed on booking.com were joined into a double bed). Salt, oil and coffee pods were provided. Flexible check in, 11 AM checkout.

Great location - the hotel is in the center of the village, opposite a wonderful lake and mountains. Private beach across the road, good breakfasts. I was impressed by the excellent restaurant right by the water, high level of service and taste and presentation of dishes for lunch and evening. Beautiful old town where you can walk in the evening. A great place for people who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, nature, Italian atmosphere and beauty. We plan to come again more than once, not far from Zurich. We were completely delighted.

The hotel itself is charming and well-maintained, with a lovely restaurant that serves delicious meals. Beautiful old house on the bank of the lake renovated with great sence. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We travelled with dog and everything worked perfectly. The food in the restaurant and service is absolutedy divine.

Location. Quiet and peaceful, garden large and private our dogs loved it. 5 min drive from lake wiith lovely resturants and a couple of small grocery shops. Lovely walks all around. Host helpful and locals friendly.
Good location super close to Mergozzo lake. Well equipped kitchen, cozy and clean house. Beautiful small city, all green, with a big shopping center in 10mins drive. Keeping the pet with us was for free.
The hotel was perfect for our family and our dog. We had a beautiful room overlooking the lake, and felt so welcomed and accommodated by the staff. Not only did they make special arrangements for our pet, but they treated us to extra waters and espresso as it was quite hot. Besides the exceptionally generous and kind staff, the room was really lovely and comfortable.
