Beautiful place, room is very nice and it has all you need. We enjoyed a small dinning table in front of the apartment, it felt like a private restaurant with a romantic view. The communication with the host went smoothly we spoke Italian-Spanish but can be difficult for those only speaking English. But host was very lovely and you find a way! I would come back in summer to dip into swimming pool or jakuzzi. In November was not possible of course.

Unexpectedly fabulous for so many reasons. Firstly the basics… easy parking right outside, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, value for money, super quiet, spacious room, fabulous breakfast, walking distance to a quaint square perfect for dinner. But this description wouldn’t do it justice.
Our room was divine. The layout, decoration and attention to detail was truly fabulous. The photos don’t do it justice. Every square inch of the place is spotless, decorated with ornate furniture mixed with traditional pieces and homely ornaments that add character.
The owners live on site and prepared the most delicious breakfast ‘feast’ of carefully selected foods to suit every palette- sweet, savoury, hot & cold, fresh daily, served on a trolley individually prepared for you in a kitchen dining area adding to that home experience. The street is safe, quiet, ample parking which suited us as we used it as a base to drive out to neighbouring areas. The owners used Google translate to make sure to give us correct information and communicate in a way that made us feel completely welcome. We were able to store our luggage after checkout for several hours before heading off on the rest of our trip.
This place is a quaint little gem and I’m so glad we chose this option over a hotel experience. 10/10!

Everything, Rocco and family were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The room was very comfortable the property was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hospitality and surrounds so much we stayed longer. The coast line is superb. along with the food and wine.

the location was amazing and property itself was really amazing. especially if you are a huge huge group. the place is big enough to accomodate big groups 8-12 (with kids). my kids loved to play with the cat on property. also sunrises could be enjoyed right from bedroom window.
Great host and great location. Despite that house needs some slight reparations ( mainly in showers and to change matrases) - im totally happy to stay here and would recommend anyone to have a chance to enjoy peace of south Italian winter here.
The Villa was in a lovely quiet location. The gardens were large and the bbq area was fantastic and we used both nights we stayed. Plenty of space. Would say this villa is well sorted for large families.
