First and foremost, our host Simona was excellent. She was approachable, friendly and always on hand to answer questions or give advice about the Naples area, and all of this without being intrusive.
The apartment was exceptional. It had its own entrance, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with large double beds, and a sitting room with a sofa bed. We also asked for 2 single beds because of the make up of our party. Nothing was too much trouble. All living areas had a TV with a variety of programmes. The apartment also has 2 balconies and we were able to catch the morning and afternoon sun on one or the other. There are tea/coffee making facilities. The house itself is at the end of a cul de sac with lovely semi rural views.
We chose Cuma 72 as it was close by to a family member that we were visiting. However, this would be a great base for visiting all the sights that Naples and the surrounding area has to offer. If you have a car, nowhere is inaccessible. If you do not want to drive, there is Licola station less than 10 minutes walk and that will take you to the markets at Quarto and onto Montesanto in Naples where you can visit the port, big name shops, authentic Neapolitan shops, or catch a connecting train to Pozzuoli which also has connecting boats to Ischia etc. A bonus is that you are either a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk to Licola Mare beaches where you can hire sun beds/brollies and spend a couple of hours having lunch at the beach cafe. We chose Lido Le Aquile/Sea Legend where the customer service was great and the prices very reasonable.
There is also a small mini market where you can get your essentials, a pizza restaurant, tobacconist, and a bar which unexpectedly sold lovely cakes to take away - all within 10 minutes walk.
I would not say this is a holiday area, but it is a quiet and beautiful base from which to visit the sights of Southern Italy and it has the bonus of beaches nearby.
We would happily recommend this property.

The B&B is ideally located just in front of the railway station of Pozzuoli and in walking distance (15min) of the second subway line of Napoli. It is also next to the Serapide temple site and the ferry terminal and just a few minutes walk to the Historic City Centre.
We had a very big room for our 4 days stay equipped with TV, A/C, two tables and a sofa. The bathroom was also very big with every you need (including the teeth brass). We also had a balcony with a table and chairs with an outlook on the railway station.
The Italian style breakfast is served in a nice bar close to the B&B. We could also use the kitchen.
The daughter of the owner received us at our indicated arrival time, she gave us very good advices for restaurants and other practical things. She was very helpful and always ensuring that everything goes fine.
We'll come back.

I loved this place and was sad to leave. The location was perfect, near the harbour and town centre and train station. The apartment was very nicely decorated and brand new. I thought it was perfect.

Traveled to Italy for work at the Naples Navy base. We stayed here at Hotel Vogue for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a decent location from the busy downtown Naples. If you're not use to how people drive in these small towns you're in for a surprise. LOL. We will stay here again for the next work trip to Italy.
The staff is very friendly and even if they don’t speak english they try their best to help you using a translator.
The room had AC so that saved us from overheating.
The breakfast contains a croissant and sometimes toast with jam plus drinks (coffee, juice). It’s perfect for a short stay, but wouldn’t recommend for a longer time period, because it gets annoying to eat the same thing every morning.
The location has amazing private beaches, but the town itself is very dirty.
The area around the pool is pretty nice.
