Perfect location! Just a 10 minute walk to Le Grazie, and 20 min to Portovenere. perfectly equipped kitchen to make meals, and a balcony to enjoy breakfast and dinner. The owner was very kind! He drove us on his private motorbike from the small town to the house, and was flexible on when we wanted to checkout. Very happy with our stay, would definitely recommend :)
Everything was perfect. Beautiful location, very well equipped, amazing view and really cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed particularly the balcony and would definitely recommend having dinner there. It’s a really good strategical point regarding the distances from La Spezia and to Porto Venere, considering also that it’s really close to the bus stop. The landlord was also really reachable. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward o coming back next year.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. It has a nice garden. In the back of the garden there is a room for washing machine. The apartment is spacious, with air conditioning and all necessary equipment. The owner is communicative and very helpful. There was no problem, although we arrived late due to dog problems and lost the keys on the last day.
The host gave us the details on how to get from La Spezia central station to Le Grazie, he received us with complimentary wine and foccacia and showed us the apartment. The location is fantastic far from the crowd, good restaurants, cafes, supermarket and bakery walking distance from the place.
