The staff were extremely helpful, kind, welcoming and accommodating. I have rarely seen such good people and service. It shows that this is a family-run business as it is worth it! For example, the host helped us figure out how to pay for a parking ticket, which would have ruined our last day trying to solve ourselves.
The villa is superb inside and out, for its facilities, architecture, landscape and location. The food was tasty and plenty (we had breakfast included), the coffee and fresh morning orange juice - excellent.
The location offered superb views towards the sea, it was quiet and peaceful, with a tropical aesthetic.
We stayed here for 5 nights and used a rented car to get around the island - without this it would be a bit difficult to get around, but not impossible.
Overall, this is the best accommodation I have ever stayed at, in my fair share of experience with rentals. 100/10 would recommend.

Optimal in a way. A few hundred meters from the very nice town of Sant' Angelo. However, it is quiet here, the rooms at the front of the hotel have a beautiful view of the bay
There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and there is also a parking lot nearby.

By local standards it is rather a better hotel. I already mentioned the very convenient location, the hotel is clean, the equipment is quite decent. In the room we had a large modern TV, plenty of storage space, a fridge, even a small kitchen.
The two hotel swimming pools are absolutely brilliant. The outside, where you can also swim, is on a large, comfortable terrace. This pool has pleasantly warm thermal mineral water.
The indoor pool is so perfect for relax that we even canceled a visit to the thermal baths because of it. Why to pay for a spa when we have it for free here? The pool also has thermal mineral water. On request, you can turn on the supply of thermal water, which has a good 90°C. The pool is thus perfectly heated in 20 minutes. Then just turn on the hot tub and relax completely.
Service
Tony and his father Pepe took turns looking after us at the hotel. Both of them created an absolutely perfect atmosphere of a family hotel. Very willing, accommodating, communication in English without major problems. Anything we needed - we just had to mention it and they arranged everything willingly and quickly. In addition, we received recommendations for businesses (restaurants, spa) that are run by their acquaintances and where we have a 15% discount as guests of this hotel. The other staff also worked discreetly and reliably - after each of our returns it was cleaned, everything was replenished, there was never the slightest problem.
Catering
The hotel has a relatively large dining room. However, we arrived in the off-season, so we only had breakfast here. I don't know if there is a resttaurant here, at least in season.
Breakfast is typical Italian home-made.
Punta Chiarito is a small and intimate hotel with a stunning location overlooking the bays of Sorgeto and Sant'Angelo. It features an outdoor thermal pool, Turkish bath and hot tub inside the caves.

We stayed in 3 different hotels on Ischia (same location): Punta, Villa Myremi and Torre Sant Angelo. Punta has a unique looking like a cave tunnel with thermal water. Torre has the best views and a good breakfast (15 EUR if you not in hotel), and Villa Myremi has the best value for money and customer care.
At Punta we enjoyed a transfer from the bus stop and a nice greeting from the hotel. We also enjoyed staying for few more hours at the pool after check out. Thank you for this.
We had a room with a sea view. It was OK. The views from our room in Torre were amazing, much better.
Punta has 2 swimming pools: one small and one long with a unique, looking like a cave tunnel. This was a highlight of our stay. I’ve never seen anything like this. We loved it. Both pools have thermal water with healing properties. But keep in mind that these waters bore various components of radium, radon, thorium, uranium, and actinium. Together with this the radioactivity is so low that it is not harmful. It’s still recommended to remain immersed for no more than 15 minutes. 10 min down the stairs from hotel you can find the sea. Please keep in mind that Sorgeto beach is not sandy or pebbled. It has big rocks, some sharp with lots of fish and crabs in the water. Baia di Sorgeto is also a public thermal springs with a number of visitors during the day, but it’s empty till 8am. In Torre (our 3rd hotel) they have 3 pools, but nothing like a unique tunnel of Punta. In addition, in Torre they have a wellness center with a sauna, whirlpool, steam room, hot/cold/massage showers. No additional charges. I enjoyed it.
There are 3 restaurants at Punta. One is for breakfast (8-10). There is an additional menu for extras like scrambled eggs (from 5 EUR). Another restaurant is for lunch (12-17, but we once came at 16:25 and were told they are closing). Here you can order food like salads and brushettas. If you want hot food like pastas go to Da Gisela.

My third visit, was my partner's first. Ravino is an experience. Nothing quite prepares you for such serenity. Highly recommend this spot for your stay in Ischia. The breakfast overlooking the bay of Forio is unbeatable and the fresh produce from the farm is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and the location is 10/10. The view and sunset are just spectacular. The dogs & kittens are friendly faces for the morning too. Giosue is super helpful & friendly.
The location was great, staff was great, breakfast was very good. We booked three rooms - two were newer and had strong AC, the third did not have strong AC and was a problem since it was so hot. The wifi was very bad and we were never able to connect even though they gave us a few networks to try.
I brought my dog and they were great about having pets, which was so nice.

e residence is located next to a good sandy beach where pets are allowed and a 10-minute walk from the thermal park "Gardens of Poseidon". Within walking distance there is a mini market and many restaurants. The old town and the city market are 18 minutes walk along shady streets. Ideal for a family trip and a quiet holiday with your family. The owners of the residence allow pets and are very friendly and nice people.

Hotel itself very chilled and relaxed and has great pools. Good hot showers.Poolside lunches are nice with lots of fresh ingredients served in a lovely tree shaded area. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar staff excellent. On evenings when there was entertainment it was very good. Trumpeter was excellent.
The location and restaurants were great. The entertainment at the one restaurant was excellent an unique combination......a DJ playing pre-recorded backing tracks.....but also played guitar and trumpet. Staff was helpful.
Staff was lovely. The views were beautiful. Room was not huge but it had everything that was needed. There was also a very cute resident cat that sometimes came to say hello!
