We loved everything about the hotel. From the moment we arrived in the lashing rain after a long day travelling we just relaxed straight away. I loved the old Italian simple style of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was simple, a good size and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was really nice, we especially enjoyed a glass of prosecco with it haha and enjoying the views of the lake. We are big dog lovers so we really loved their little dog, he was so cute. The location was excellent. We will definitely be back.

For a four star hotel this was a great spot. Perfect lakeside location. They suggested we attend their NY Eve party and it was very good. Sonia and Natascia both helped us book taxis in advance for trips to Malcesine and Sirmione which was very helpful. Room was awesome and very reasonable for a suite which we don't normally do. I really appreciated the daily newsletter with possible things to do that day. I kept them all for ideas for a return trip. Interestingly, I found this and the flyers at the hotel about ferry times and other activities as well as a folder in the Bar of suggested tours much more helpful than the website which had previously led me to believe there was not much going on in winter when in fact there was plenty to do. The restaurant staff did a great job on NYE for a full house. Very impressed.

Everything!!! The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. The huge garden and pool was a highlight for our children who are 5 and 10. My daughter had her birthday when we were there and the host allowed us to invite out italian friends for a dinner. The ground floor flat we stayed in was very clean and every you needed for a comfortable stay was available. I particularly loved being able to sit in peace on our terrace in the morning with a fresh coffee from the coffee machine. I also felt very safe there and we slept very well. There was a lovely local trattoria next door which served delicious and reasonable priced local food.
