Our stay was very enjoyable with wonderful hosts - their kindness was the highlight of our stay. The lovely Asha cooked us the most delicious meals, and kind Kishan went out of his way to make sure that our every need was met. The location was quiet and very pretty and we enjoyed a wonderful walk around the coffee estate. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Absolutely astounding.....the earlier reviews and pics did not justify what this place is all about .And the owners of the place have also gone low key to make it standout as an attractive option.
If you are a nature enthusiast and/or likes live on the lap of nature ....go for it.
It has all basic facilities like a clean toilet, clean good beds with basic lazying around furniture in this 100+year old property ( its in fact a 2BHK type of rustic cottage ) in the middle of a serene jungle like location ( safe though) surrounded by coffee plantation, paddy fields and many other trees. You can enjoy strolling outside on the garden and view the hills opposite ( bang opposite to Rajas Seat) .
We stayed in the cottage.
There are also 5-6 tents for the camping enthusiasts .
The food they serve is top notch village food and the service and behaviour of both the owner guys is friendly and prompt.
I along with my family and the pet puppy enjoyed the property to the fullest and the ambience around was so enthralling that we spent quite a long time out in the middle of garden around a 🔥 bonfire till late night.
Wish the property become a hotspot to homestay and nature lovers .
It's not a hotel !!! ...so be mentally preoared..You wont be disheartened..

The excellent location among verdant greenery on a quiet road traversing paddy fields and coffee plantations. The breakfast was very tasty and served hot. Misty nights and mornings. Except for birdsong and an occupational dog bark, it's absolutely quiet during the night. Rooms are large and because they are tile roofed, it's cool inside even during warmer afternoons. Virajpet, a largish town in Coorg is just about 8-10 kilometres away. Another small town Ammathi can be reached in about ten minutes.
Very good value for money overall. Neat room with good looks & feel. The best part was the bathroom with its Jaguar fittings all around!.. Nice hot water shower.. Location wise it's in the heart of Virajpet off main road, so very convenient to go anywhere
Excellent location, clean and comfy rooms, tasty food, excellent staff. The resort is very beautiful. Once this is fully completed it would be one of the best places to stay in virajpet.
Big rooms with excellent views. An excellent common area where one can spend time together. The caretakers are excellent at their job and make you feel at home. The food served was excellent. We stayed for five nights with our pet dog and had a great trip.
