The staff are all lovely, a great team led by George who can’t do enough for you and runs a beautiful Homestay. The food is great too - breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous views and shower/ bath were great (powerful and hot)…it’s all great to be honest.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. Our room (double room with mountain view) was beautiful, clean and modern. We could hear and watch birds from the balcony. The location was ideal too - close to the Periyar Tiger Reserve, in a rather quiet area, with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Highly recommend this Homestay!

I loved my stay here! Shanty made me amazing food, and really made me feel like i was home and safe. They helped me organazing my trip, and they also had a cute dog named Max and two cats named Tom and Tim. The room was nice too, and the balcony was lovely. I watched and listened to the animals both nights of my stay. Very calm and peaceful. If you’re a nature lover this place would be perfect for you.
Place is so neat and clean and the view from balcony is very beautiful with cardamom farming,some pets like duck,beautifull cat and some dogs,owner's family is very lovely,sweet and humble,i've just stayed for 1 days due to lack of time but i would like to stay more than 1 month in future ifever i have time.This is highly recommend place if you are planning to have vaccation in thekkady.
Loved the staff! So friendly, so homely, so accommodating despite it raining like cats and dogs one of the nights. It was very nice of the lady to give us complimentary jackfruit and make food for us despite the meal hours being over!
