The Hotel was located near dense coffee plantation which was serene view. The Room boy Mr. Ajith gave a good hospitality where he helped us in parking and carried luggages for us. The rooms check in and check out experience was smooth and hassle free. The ambience of the room was SUPERRBB. Since it's a couple stay they decorated the beds with flowers and towels that excited our happiness. The bathrooms were hygienic and toiletries were also furnished. The wifi speed was appreciable one. Moreover the hotel team arranged for us JEEP SAFARI that was real treat for nature lovers where I watched GIANT OXEN very nearby. Finally the stay was awesome and highly recommend for couples and families as it ensures safety .

The location was nearby to the station and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good value for money. But there is no ac remote you can find as there is only wall mounted ac control.

We didnt opt for breakfast as we had to leave early. But comparing by the standards of the dinner previous night, I assume it should have been really nice. Sri Lankan food fest was going on which was awesome.
For someone like me who travels occassionally from Chennai to Kerala, the location is quite comfortable for a night stopover.

Restaurant was great, but service was slow. We understand as it was a long weekend. Food was great, really enjoyed it with my family. Staff were helpful with getting cabs or any info. Location is good.
