I booked this hotel for my father who is 63 years old and on a lifetime "mon-vrat". My father told me that the receptionist/duty manager Naina was really co-operative and helpful. She realized that my father might have a hard time communicating with the staff so she arranged everything herself and asked all the staff members to take best care of my father. My father said he did not have to ask for anything (arranging commute to the local destination, breakfast etc) as everything was pre-arranged by her. I hope she gets a good raise and respect from the hotel's management. She showed dedication and character for her job. She deserves appreciation.

The manager was cooperative and always ready for helping. Provided drinking water whenever asked for. The property is having in house resturant facility which was chargeable. Location wise it was little far away from Rachi Stn, Hatia Stn and Ranchi Airport, but in the heart of the city.
Location is good but meeting the minimum requirement of customers is lacking. Price offered by booking.com is not accepted by the hotel and demanded extra charges which is paid by me
I liked the service provided by the staff and always handy whenever needed. Besides, it is located in a nice location where we can easily commute to any place in Ranchi. The food is delicious and worth the money.
