Loved the place, size of rooms, size of the living room, facilities like JBL speaker and big TV, upholstery were great standard, cutlery was classy, food was awesome, service was very good

The layout and architecture were nice The staff were very helpful and friendly

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful. The pool and room quality were nice. Food was also really nice and room service was prompt.

Booking.com will lose its credibility if you host such poorly run Hotels on your website. The reason I was reeled in was by the 9.1 score. The place does not deserve even a 1.0. Here are some immediate red flags for anyone wanting to book their stay in this place. a) For starters, the approach road to the Hotel is poorly lit in the night and in a state of disrepair. b) The ramp at the Hotel entrance is extremely steep and a challenge for an old person to negotiate the ramp, even with help. There should have been 5 to 6 steps to allow people to go up without the risk of falling over. c) The Hotel had no record of my 2 nights booking. They also did not receive my messages, informing them I would be arriving close to midnight due to a delayed flight. d) 4.00 am in the morning with my 82 year old mother, was hardly the time to hit the road and start looking for a new Hotel so I decided to spend the next few hours in the Hotel to rest our tiredimbs, after being jetlagged on our flight from Toronto via Munich to Delhi. Fortunately the receptionist had a room and gave it to us at the same price as on Booking.com. e) The corridor on the floor of the much advertised 1 B/R apartment was untidy with a bedsheet strewn in a corner. The room itself was nothing great. Fortunately the bedsheets were clean. f) There were no towels provided. No breakfast was being served at the Hotel despite being advertised at Booking.com. The wardrobe had only 2 hangars. g) I stayed up a couple of hours till 6.AM to make an alternate booking at another Hotel for the 2nd night. With great difficulty I finally found a Hotel. h) On checkout the credit card machine did not work. I ended up paying cash. I) The icing on a cake gone sour was, the only elevator in the Hotel was out of service that morning when we checked out because of some maintenance work going on in the vicinity of the Hotel. My mother with a severe arthritic condition was forced to come down e flights of stairs.

The hotel was a little expensive, but thanks to the discounts, we got it at an affordable price
