It was good but not great. The location is its biggest draw, the views are just amazing. It is a very serene environment with friendly staff. The property is clean and calm. The rooms are big and spacious as well.

The culinary offerings are outstanding, with a delightful array of authentic Kerala dishes to savor. The staff, led by the ever-welcoming Ratish, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable vacation. What's more, it's a pet-friendly paradise – we enjoyed every moment with our golden retriever.
Property owners are very friendly and supportive till we leave. Good place for family and friends. Good privacy. BBQ and camp fire facilities are added advantage. Rooms are very clean also they are pet friendly the reason we have chosen. A small cute cat in the house welcomed us and shared its joy along with us. Overall the two days went very well.
Pet friendly, all staff were really good and helpful. There is a river flowing behind the resort, which is one of the highlights. Overall, it was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.
The shower was really good, very hot and a lot of water came out of the nozzle.
The location is nice, just a 1h autorickshaw ride from tholpetty national park.
